On the Ground:
I checked-in on my mobile via the Swiss App. As we were traveling for a 10 days vacation trip, we had to go and check in our bags
The waiting time at the Business Class Check-in was around 5minutes. The agent was friendly and attentive.
We were traveling during the late afternoon departure peak hour.
Zurich Airport and the Kantonspolizei showed once again why Zurich Airport is one of the best airports worldwide
There was no queue at the security check point.
Staff was friendly and we were through security in 2 minutes and headed to the Lounge.
We visited the Aspire lounge with our Priority PASS as our flight left from Terminal B. (The Aspire Lounge is not contracted from Swiss and we will rate it but the lounge will not be taken into the overall flight review rating because of this.)
The lounge interior is modern and offers lots of seating. Compared to our last stays the lounge was super busy today.
The F&B product was okay today. A small buffet with cold items (two salads, 1 different sandwich) as well as a little buffet with hot items such as soup, rice and vegetables curry.
The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly and very present.
We arrived at the Gate 10 minutes prior the indicated boarding time.
Boarding started on time. The gate agents were present but more busy with each other than with their work.
Announcements were clear but no real priority boarding. They let everyone through with group one and no additional announcement.
At the aircraft door we were greeted by the Maitre de Cabine. Very friendly, smiling and interacting with the passenger.
Water bottles and refreshing towels were already prepared at the seats.
Inflight:
The seats on this Airbus 321 were comfortable and ok. They have seen their best times as some of them were really worn out
Otherwise Swiss offers the regular European Business Class on their Airbus 320 family with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
After take off, a small tray with a sandwich, couscous salad and a little dessert was served accompanied by drinks.
The food was super fresh and delicious. On such a short hop, that was an absolutely great service.
The Cabin Crew was welcoming and friendly. They interacted with the customers during service. You could see that they liked what they do.
Teamwork was absolutely amazing and they worked hand in hand.

Announcement from the flight deck as well as from the cabin crew were good. They were clear and understandable.

The Swiss short haul Airbus has small screens every three rows in the overhead as an inflight entertainment system. They showed some information advertisements as well as the famous map.
No WiFi available.

Information on the app is an absolute disaster and absolutely not accurate.

After the flight:
As we were continuing on a different PNR with Lufthansa, we had to collect our bags and recheck them in again.
Baggage delivery was rather bad for such a Lufthansa Group Hub.
The app (see picture) said bags delivery starts 15min after arrival at the stand. Nothing!
The screen at the baggage belt indicated baggage are coming 20 minutes after arrival on the stand but there was nothing on the belt!
First bags were on the baggage belt 39 minutes after arrival on the stand.
First bags delivered were economy bags and business came somewhere in between.
Summary:
All in all a great ultra short flight with Swiss.
Good and friendly crew with a nice inflight product for a 30min hop.
Absolute terrible Ground experience in Munich from Lufthansa
